How to change your LSUHSC password, or change your security questions/answers
Environment
Change password for access to PS, PS Self Service, Email, Citrix, and other LSUHSC New Orleans applications
Resolution
Go to the Change Password Web Page, and fill out the information to change the password:
https://www.lsuhsc.edu/changepassword
If you have forgotten your security answers/questions, and know your password, you can reset you questions/answers here:
https://intranet.lsuhsc.edu/passwordprotect/
If you do not remember your password, or do not know the answers to your questions, you will need to contact the LSUHSC Help Desk at:

1-800-303-3290
Cause
Password needs reset, or security questions/answers need to be updated.
