How do I clear my browser cache?

Overview

Clearing your browser cache will improve overall performance and speed.  If you are receiving error messages when signing into your Citrix Storefront or PeopleSoft account, clearing your cache will sometimes resolve these problems.  You can clear your cache using the instructions below for Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.

Issue

If you receive an error message that states "You cannot log on with a smart card.  Please close your browser to protect your account" when you sign into your Citrix Storefront account, then clear your cache.

If you receive an error message that states "UnAuthorized token has been detected by the system" when you sign into your PeopleSoft account, then clear your cache.
